We offer both small and large diameter/weight turning services with both standard chucking CNC lathes up to 10" as well as sliding head bar feed capability.

Sliding Head CNC Turning

The Dugard Eagle 32 CNC Lathe offers a versatile capacity for smaller higher volume components with its barfeed system, twin spindle, twin axis and Y axis arrangements allowing for a broad range of operations including

• Turning
• Milling
• Drilling
• Tapping
• Cutting
• Side Turning
• Back Machining

This means we can get higher efficiency and greater relaible consistency, which are highly desirable in larger volume jobs. As well as the main tool slide, there are end milling and side milling devices that offer mill/turn functionality, drilling and rigid tapping operations.

The machine is also equipped with a sub-spindle and rear milling device allowing for true one hit machining.

C Axis Milling Capability

The Mazak Quickturn Nexus 200 offers C axis milling capability, 8" chucking, 610mm swing, 65mm barfeed and 350mm maximum machining diameter.

Large Capacity Turning

One of our key service stengths is range of turning services we undertake. As well as higher volume barfeed work, we also work larger items upto 100kg.
