Aluminium

We work with all types of aluminium including free machining and high-silicon aluminium as well as cast aluminium (LM6 and LM25).

Mild Steel

Most mild steels including free-machining steels, low medium and high carbon steels and tool steels.

Stainless Steel

Both austentic and ferritic/martensitic 304/316 stainless steels.

Brass

Most of our work is in free machining CZ121/2 and CZ114/5 brass.

Copper

Most free machining copper such as C101, C103, C106, C107, C109 and C110 as well as copper nickel, and high copper alloys..

Acrylic

We can machine all types of acrylic including Pespex.

PTFE

We can machine all types of PTFE including Teflon..

Peek

All types including Unreinforced PEEK, Glass fiber-reinforced PEEK and carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK.

Nylon

Both standard bar & billet Nylon 6 and Nylon 66.
